    • A plasma display apparatus is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by implementing a charge capacitor that prevents a dividing voltage capacitor from being affected by ripple components. A plasma display apparatus includes a plasma display panel, a signal forming unit(111), an energy recovery capacitor(ERC1), and a first comparator(115). The plasma display panel includes electrodes. The signal forming unit forms a path, which supplies or recovers energy to/from the electrodes, and generates a signal, which is increased up to a predetermined voltage.     • PURPOSE: An emergency call alarm method of a mobile communication system is provided to improve emergency call processing characteristics of a terminal. CONSTITUTION: According to the method, a mobile communication terminal generates an emergency call message and then transmits it to a base station system when there is a user request(S2). The base station system checks whether a call signal inputted from the present terminal includes the emergency call message(S3). If the call signal includes the emergency call message, the base station system extracts a user message from the emergency call message of the terminal and then makes a call signal of informing the emergency call and then transmits it to a receiver terminal(S5). And the receiver terminal displays the call signal as a display signal and executes a call when the calling is connected(S6).
