The axial-type rotor is magnetically levitated inside the first and second annular stators. The rotary shaft is connected to the center of the back-end of the axial-type rotor. The propeller is mounted on the outside of the axial-type rotor. The rotary shaft and the motor shaft of the generation motor are connected by a bearing.

CONSTITUTION: The method for forming an Al-Sn coating film on a metal bearing for diesel engines by magnetron sputtering process comprises the processes of forming a matrix by sintering kelmet on the material to a thickness of about 2 mm so as to complement lubricity even on the damaged portion of a coating film using SS41 steel capable of supporting a high load as a base material; first cleaning the matrix through ultrasonic cleaning so as to improve cohesion between the matrix and the coating film, and injecting an inert argon gas(9) has into the vacuum container(1) after mounting the matrix on a vacuum container having a certain space; performing a second cleaning through ion bombardment so as to clean a contaminated layer on the surface of the matrix injected into the vacuum container after giving a certain vacuum pressure to the vacuum container(1) so as to improve cohesion and lubricity and manufacture the coating film; and forming a coating film by connecting a radio frequency power supply to the aluminum and tin targets(6,7) installed inside the vacuum container, thereby forming plasma after simultaneously cleaning contaminated surfaces of aluminum and tin targets(6,7), sufficiently ventilating the vacuum container, and supplying an argon gas(9) into the vacuum container(1) to adjust a degree of vacuum.
