摘要： PURPOSE: A preparation method of fluorescent natural leather is provided to simplify a process since a separate process for expressing fluorescent colors is not passed and to obtain fluorescent natural leather with excellent durability and fastness. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of fluorescent natural leather comprises: a tanning step for treating leather with a chrome-free tanning agent after pre-treatment using pickle pelt; and a dyeing step for imparting colors using fluorescence dye and fluorescent development aids after retanning the chrome-free tanned pickle pelt using the chrome-free tanning agent.

摘要： Provided is a method for preparing grain leather which is free from chromium and environmentally friendly by employing a natural dye and a natural tanning agent. The method comprises the steps of removing fur, oil and soluble protein unnecessary for the production of leather; tanning the leather; dyeing the leather; fatliquoring the leather for flexibility; and painting the leather to prepare grain leather, wherein the tanning process is carried out by using a metallic component except chromium, an extracted vegetable tanning agent and a chemical tanning agent, the dyeing process is carried out by using a vegetable or animal extract for natural dyeing, and the painting process is carried out by giving aromaticity to remove the specific odor of leather.

摘要： 본 발명은 피혁 제조업체에서 피혁의 제조공정 중 소비자의 요구도에 알맞게 다양한 색상을 부여하고 가죽의 유연성 및 감촉에 영향을 미치는 염색 및 가지 공정을 비롯하여 전반적인 제혁공정을 환경 친화적인 공정으로 개선하기 위한 것으로서, 기존에 사용중인 드럼이나 패들에 초음파의 진동부를 설치하여 염색/가지 공정에 초음파(주파수 20~100KHz)를 이용하여 피혁의 섬유상 단백질의 조직을 이완하여 약품의 원활한 침투효과를 증대시켜 소량의 염료를 사용하여도 원활한 염색 및 가지공정을 이룰 수 있고, 또한 미 고착된 염료 및 가지제의 잔액을 최소화하여 염색 폐수내의 BOD, COD 등의 수치를 감소시킬 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다.
이러한 본 발명에 따른 피혁의 제조공정에 초음파를 이용한 기술 개발은 염색 및 가지공정 뿐만 아니라 탈모공정이나 탄닝공정 등 피혁의 전반적인 제조공정에 이용할 수 있는 친환경적인 방법이다.
