    • PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for enhancing growth and activation of anterior cruciate ligament cells using sound wave vibration is provided to treat ligament injury and desmorrhexis and to increase transplantation success rate using the cells. CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing growth and activation of anterior cruciate ligament cells is performed using sound wave vibration with a frequency of 1-50Hz at 25-60°C for 0.1-20 hours. The sound wave vibration is used for rehabilitation treatment or ligament reconstruction by being applied after transplantation of the cells. An apparatus for enhancing growth or activation of the cells comprises a sound wave vibration generator and frequency controller. The apparatus further comprises a controller for time and temperature.

    • PURPOSE: A fat reducing apparatus is provided, which can reduce fat by irradiating far infrared ray to a patient and transferring acoustic vibration of the safe range. CONSTITUTION: A fat reducing apparatus comprises a chamber(100) which is surrounded by partition wall(110) isolating the inside; a heat source(140) equipped in the inside of the chamber; a far-infrared ray radiating body(150) emitting the far infrared rays if heat is delivered from the heating source; a vibrator(130) generating the acoustic vibration of the ultra-low frequency domain; a vibration transmitting portion(120) transferring vibration to the body; and a controller controlling the temperature, frequency, and amplitude of the vibrator inside the chamber.

    • A method for producing a hepatocyte which is derived from an amnion epidermal cell is provided to treat liver diseases through the transplantation of cell and be used as a hepatocyte source for toxicity evaluation. A method for producing a hepatocyte which is derived from an amnion epidermal cell having the functions of albumin synthesis, urea synthesis, and ammonia removement comprises: a step of preparing amnion epidermal cell; a step of culturing the amnion epidermal cell in medium; and a step of differentiating the amnion epidermal cell to hepatocyte in serum medium in which a HGF (hepatocyte growth factor) is added. The serum medium contains mixture medium having DMEM(Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium) and F-12 in a ratio of 3:1, fetal bovine serum, L-glutamine, hydrocortisone, insulin, transferring, epidermal growth factor, cholera toxin, triiodotyronine, and glucagon.

    • A manufacturing method of versatility natural mineral processing material is provided to accelerate growth of animal . plant, to purify environment, to be harmless to human body and to contribute real life at cheap cost. A manufacturing method of natural mineral processing material comprises steps of: mixing natural mineral 50 99.9 weight% and basic material 0.1 50 weight% and obtaining a mixed compound; heating and fusing the mixed compound at 1300 to 1400°C and obtaining liquid melt; naturally cooling the liquid melt at room temperature for 24 to 48 hours; and pulverizing the cooled material. The natural mineral includes SiO2, Al2O3 and Fe2O3 as compulsory component and one or more components 0.1 to 5 weight% selected from a group consisting of CaO, MgO, K2O, Na2O, TiO2 and P2O5. The natural mineral is selected from a group consisting of yellow soil, clay, muscovitum, bentonite and zeolite.
