    • PURPOSE: A method for measuring cholesterol concentration and measuring kit for the same is provided to achieve improved accuracy of analysis result and reduce time and costs for analysis. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step of mixing the blood sample with a solution, and removing blood cell by passing the mixture through a filter; a second step of injecting the blood sample into a pipe which is branched off to four capillary pipes; a third step of shifting the blood to the capillary pipes with a non-treated membrane, a membrane which is treated with an antibody with respect to a low concentration lipoprotein, a membrane which is treated with an antibody with respect to a high concentration lipoprotein, and a membrane treated with both antibodies, such that only the target lipoprotein passes through the capillary pipe by the immune reaction with antibody; a fourth step of shifting blood cell samples passed through the capillary pipe, to a membrane treated with a surface active agent, and permitting cholesterol component to be dissolved from the lipoprotein in the sample; a fifth step of shifting the solution obtained in the fourth step to membranes of each capillary pipe treated with cholesterol decomposition enzyme and color developing agent so as to permit the color developing agent to be dissolved and cholesterol to react with the enzyme; a sixth step of shifting the reaction solution to the reaction space where the enzyme for the color developing agent is fixed; and a seventh step of checking cholesterol concentration for each capillary pipe by measuring the degree of color development.

    • PURPOSE: A microwell plate protein chip using nitrocellulose membrane as a support and a producing method thereof are provided, therefore the protein can be easily fixed on the surface and a larger number of sample can be simultaneously analyzed. CONSTITUTION: The microwell plate protein chip contains the nitrocellulose membrane support fixing at least one kind of proteins, such as antigens or antibodies, capable of specifically binding with proteins to be analyzed, to its surface and of which rear side is coated with a polystyrene, polypropylene or polyethylene solution. The method for producing the microwell plate protein chip comprises the steps of: coating the rear side of the nitrocellulose membrane with hydrophobic polymer solution; cutting the nitrocellulose membrane to be inserted into each well of the microwell plate; sticking the nitrocellulose on the bottom of each well of the microwell plate; spraying 0.05 to 0.5 microliter of at least one kind of antigens or antibodies capable of specifically binding with a desired protein on the surface of the nitrocellulose membrane; and reacting them at 35 to 40 deg.C for 1 hour.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a diagnosis method of Fragile-X-syndrome using various DNA probes, which bind with nucleic acid sequence of FMR1 gene related to fragile-X syndrome. Fragile-X-syndrome is diagnosed accurately in a short time by detecting repeat frequency of CGN(n) and CGG sequences in FMR1 gene of the nucleic acid specimen. CONSTITUTION: A diagnosis method of Fragile-X-syndrome using various DNA probes is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (i)decomposing nucleic acid specimens by treating with DNA restriction enzyme which specifically cleaves the environs of FMR1 gene; (ii)adding DNA probe of sequence CGG(m) and GCC(m) whereto the first label material is adhered(m is 3-10 of integer, the times whose CGG and GCC are repeated) and followed by mixing; (iii)adding 2 kinds of sense and anti-sense DNA probes whereto the second label material capable of binding with internal sequence of FMR1 gene is adhered and followed by mixing; (iv)adding 2 kinds of sense and anti sense DNA probes capable of binding with internal sequence of FMR1 gene, whereto biotin is adhered and followed by mixing; (v)thermal denaturation by heating the nucleic acid associated DNA probes; (vi)reacting so as to bind the denatured nucleic acid with DNA probes specifically; (vii)fixing nucleic acid associated DNA probe on micro well plate by injecting into micro well plate where streptavidin is immobilized on the surface; (viii)removing non binding nucleic acid and DNA probe by washing micro well plate; (ix)measuring the nucleic acid amount which is fixed on micro well plate by reading the second label material; (x)measuring the repeat sequence CGG(n) in nucleic acid specimen by reading the first label material; (xi)enumerating the CGG repeat number n in nucleic acid specimen from the result of (ix) and (x).
