    • PURPOSE: A 3D stack NAND flash memory array is provided to completely connect each bit line to a common source line by forming a conductive path without disconnection. CONSTITUTION: Bit lines(12) comprise a plurality of nano wire type active bodies which are vertically laminated. Body contact lines connect horizontally separated bit lines with a preset space. A common source line(40) is connected to body contact lines. A ground selection line(30) is adjacent to the common source line and surrounds each bit line on the body contact lines. The ground selection line is vertical to the bit line. A plurality of word lines are vertical to the bit line and are separated in a bit line direction with a preset space.

    • PURPOSE: A profiling method in a trace-based just-in-time complier is provided to execute trace-based profiling with respect to hot-spot methods after method-based profiling. CONSTITUTION: All methods of an application are executed based on an interpreter(S100). While the execution of the methods, the methods are profiled(S200). Hot-spot methods are selected(S300). The hot-spot methods are trace-based profiled based on the interpreter(S400). The execution counts of the trace are measured(S500). Hot-spot traces are selected(S600). The hot-spot traces are compiled based on a just-in-time compiler(S700).

    • PURPOSE: An electro-spinning device for forming a 3D nano structure and a method thereof are provided to concentrate the direction of an electric field in one direction using a ground of a pin shape, thereby realizing a stable 3D nano structure. CONSTITUTION: An electro-spinning device for forming a 3D nano structure includes a syringe(120), a current collection ground(130), and a voltage generator(140). The syringe carries polymer solution(170) and includes a capillary tip. The current collection ground collects polymer nanojet electro-spun from the capillary tip to form a 3D nano structure. The voltage generator applies a voltage for electro-spinning between the current collection ground and the capillary tip.
