摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve conflicts of a crossbar circuit.SOLUTION: The crossbar circuit has an array of data input routes 12 and data output routes 50, and at each intersection, a crossbar cell 20 including a configuration storage circuit programmable to store a routing value, a transmission circuit, and an arbitration circuit is provided. The arbitration circuit is operated in combination with the arbitration circuit of other crossbar cells associated with the same data output route to selectively modify a voltage on a plurality of bit lines in order to apply an adaptive priority scheme. When there are a plurality of transmission requests in the same data output route, the configuration storage circuit of the only crossbar cell associated with the same data output route has a routing value programmed to a first value, and conflicts among the plurality of transmission requests are resolved according to the adaptive priority scheme. Further, each crossbar cell includes a priority storage circuit.

Logic circuitry 26 provides a discharge path for the speculative node and the checker node, depending on an input signal value. Evaluation control circuitry 28 and 30 first couples the speculative node to the logic circuitry and then couples the checker node to the logic circuitry, so that the nodes can be discharged if an input signal to the logic circuitry 26 has an appropriate value.
