SOLUTION: The mouth part of the cosmetic container body is internally provided with a first stripper 9 formed by disposing a slit 12 in its bottom and forming a slit piece 12a, and a second stripper 13 having an approximately U-shaped inside cross section and disposed with an opening part having the diameter approximately same to the diameter of a support stem 7 fixedly retaining a cosmetic applicator body 8. This constitution can surely strip off excessive liquid cosmetic from the cosmetic applicator body and the support stem by the slit piece of the first stripper 9 and the second stripper 13 to leave the necessary minimum amount of the liquid cosmetic on the cosmetic applicator body, prevent the taint damage on its periphery due to the liquid drip caused by soaking of the excessive liquid cosmetic thereto and surely apply the cosmetic.
