摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a cellulosic fabric, particularly an indigo dyed denim, having a 'stone-washed' distressed or 'used and abused' look without subjecting the cellulosic fabric to a stone-washed treatment, by treating the cellulosic fabric, particularly the indigo dyed denim, with a cellulase enzyme composition. CONSTITUTION: This woven fabric or garment, particularly an indigo dyed denim, scarcely damaged, having changed colors, and having a 'stone-washed' distressed or 'used and abused' look without subjecting the cellulosic fabric to a stone-washed treatment is obtained by bringing the woven fabric or garment, particularly the indigo dyed denim, into contact with an aqueous composition containing a cellulase enzyme, especially an enzyme obtained from a mold, in an amount of at least 2,500 CMC units per liter of the aqueous composition and a nonionic surfactant comprising the units of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide or their mixture in an amount of about 0.1-1,000 pts. per 1,000,000 pts. of the aqueous composition, for at least 5 min, and then stirring the mixture for 30-720 min.

摘要： A method and apparatus for automatically neutralizing excess oxidizing agents in a laundry solution on a real-time basis are disclosed. The amount of oxidizing agent present at any instant of time in a laundry solution is measured and compared against a predetermined acceptable level therefor. A neutralizing agent suitable for reducing the oxidizing agent is automatically added to the laundry solution on a demand basis, until the oxidizing agent has been neutralized within the predetermined acceptable level, and without excessive addition of neutralizing agent to the bath or to the textile being processed thereby.
