In such a manner, since the adjusting mechanism (7) that adjusts, with respect to the predetermined plane, the output direction of the light emitted from the light source section (6 (6R)) is provided to the frame (5), a tilt of the frame (5) with respect to the predetermined plane can be adjusted. Consequently, the output direction of the light emitted from the light source section (6 (6R)) can be adjusted.
