    • The invention relates to a permanent-magnet synchronous electric motor (1) for circulation pumps (2) of heating and/or conditioning systems, comprising, inside a motor casing (3):

      a stator (4) with associated coils;
      a permanent-magnet rotor (5) mounted in a housing (7) tightly isolated from the stator (4);
      a shaft (6) made rotatively integral with the rotor (5); and
      bearing means (8) supporting the shaft (6) and being fixed to the housing (7).

      Advantageously, one of the bearing means (8) comprises:

      a bush (10) rotatively engaged by one end (12) of the shaft (6);
      a sleeve piece (15) keyed onto the bush (10) and fixedly inserted at one end (16) of the housing (7); and
      a cap (21) having a first portion (22) removably inserted into the sleeve piece (15), and having a second portion (24) screwly engaged in a threaded seat (25) of the casing (3).

      This design has the major advantage of combining in a unitary part, the sleeve (15), the supporting function of the bearing means and the hydraulic tightness with respect to the electronic components mounted at the bottom of the casing (3).
