    • PURPOSE: Provided are the preparation methods of isoserine and isoserinol from aziridine-2-carboxylic ester. Isoserine is an unnatural amino acid, its chemical name being 3-amino-2-hydroxypropionic acid and it inhibits the metabolism of serine in animal bodies. CONSTITUTION: The compounds are represented by chemical structure (4) which are prepared from aziridine-2-carboxylic ester shown in chemical structure (1), where R1 is (R)-phenyethyl or (S)-phenyethyl group and R2 is ethyl or mentholyl group. The synthesis of their stereospecific isomers comprises breaking of aziridine ring substituted with appropriately stereospecific R1, with acyl halides, such as alkyl, aryl chloroformate or acetyl chloride to make oxazolidine compound and hydrolysing and debenzylating the oxazolidine compound at the same time with strong acid such as mixture of hydrochloric and acetic acid. It is recrystallized from ethanol. Isoserinol is prepared by reducing isoserine with lithiumaluminum hydride and treating with hydrochloric and acetic acid mixtures and recrystallizing from ethanol.

CONSTITUTION: A fused ribbon is composed of a heteromorphy layer in a different various shape and a black ink layer. The heteromorphy layer and the black ink layer are disposed on a film. Also, the fused ribbon selectively includes an undercoating layer. A tri-copolymer composed of a vinyl chloride, a vinyl acetate, and an acryl is contained in the black ink layer. The fused ribbon is characterized by a rate of three components of tri-copolymer, and a kind thereof. The black ink layer includes a carbon black colorant, and a tri-copolymer binder. Also, the black ink layer selectively includes a polyethylene, and an oligomer. The undercoating layer includes a saturated polyester binder. The heteromorphy layer includes an acryl binder with weight average molecular weight of 5000 to 50000, the polyethylene, the oligomer, and the acryl binder.

    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing trimethylolpropane diallyl ether is prepared, which is improved in the yield and purity of the product. CONSTITUTION: Trimethylolpropane diallyl ether represented by the formula 1 is prepared by reacting trimethylolpropane, allyl halide and metal hydroxide in the presence of a phase transfer catalyst such as a tertiary ammonium salt. The tertiary ammonium salt is selected from the group consisting of tetrabutyl amonium chloride, tetrabutylammonium bromide, tetrabutylammonium iodide and tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate, and preferably is used at amount of 0.5-5 mol% based on the amount of trimethylolpropane. The allyl halide and the metal hydroxide are used at amount of 2.0-2.4 equivalent and 2-3 equivalent, respectively, based on the amount of trimethylolpropane. The reaction is preferably carried out in an aqueous solvent or a mixture of water and other organic solvents selected from xylene, toluene, benzene, cyclohexane, isooctane and heptane, and at a temperature of 70-120°C.
