    • PURPOSE: A method for controlling an emergency operation of a booster water supply system is provided to prevent the failure of water supply by automatically converting the booster water supply system into a pressure switch mode when a pressure sensor is malfunctioned. CONSTITUTION: Firstly, it is determined whether or not a pressure sensor of a booster water supply system is malfunctioned(S5). If the pressure sensor is normally operated, it is determined whether or not the booster water supply system is in an inverter mode operation state(S6). If the booster water supply system is in the inverter mode operation state, it is determined whether or not an inverter is malfunctioned(S7). If the inverter is malfunctioned, a control section stops the inverter mode and automatically converts the inverter mode into a sequential mode(S8). If the pressure sensor has a fault, the control section generates an error signal of the pressure sensor(S10). Then, the booster water supply system is converted into a pressure switch mode(S11).
