摘要： A food garbage crushing and sorting machine is provided to increase operation efficiency and utilization ratio of crushed food garbage by crushing the food garbage while separating metallic materials or foreign materials mixed with food garbage from the food garbage. A food garbage crushing and sorting machine comprises: a crushing and sorting part including a blowhole(4f) formed from an outer wall of the opposite side of a foreign material discharge part(4b) toward a sorting space part, a blower(4g) mounted in the blowhole, and an inclined plate(40) which is mounted on the ceiling positioned between an injection hole(4a) and foreign material discharge part, and which is inclined such that an injection hole side of the inclined plate is low while the discharge side of the inclined plate is high; a crushed material transfer part which has a transfer screw(6) mounted on an inner part thereof, and a discharge hole(5c) formed in an upper part of an inclined guide groove(5a) thereof to transfer crushed material remained in a partitioning section of a storage part(5) to a collection part(8) mounted on an outer side of the storage part; and a discharge pipe(5d) which is formed on a bottom part(5f) of the storage part, and on which an opening/closing cock(5e) is mounted.
