The cylinder 70 contains driving fluid and feeding fluid. The piston 72 divides the inner space of the cylinder 70 into a driving fluid chamber 110 and a feeding fluid chamber 112. The piston 72 moves along the inner surface of the cylinder 70 inside the cylinder 70. The cylinder seal 74 seals between the inner surface of the cylinder 70 and the outer surface of the piston 72. The agitation portion 76 is arranged so that at least a part thereof is projected into the feeding fluid chamber 112 from a surface 160 opposed to the feeding fluid chamber 112 of the piston 72. The piston seal seals between the piston 72 and agitation portion 76. The driving part 80 drives the agitation portion 76 through a connection part with the agitation portion 76.
