    • PURPOSE:To obtain a plastic magnet not causing disturbance at the output of an MR element by using a forming material including gerromagnetic powder in a thermoplastic resin, applying injection molding into a metallic die having a film gate structure and applying a magnet applied with multi-pole magnetization of 100 poles or over to the forming obtained in this way. CONSTITUTION:The forming material including ferromagnetic powder into the thermoplastic resin is used and subject to injection molding into the metallic die having film gate structure, and a magnet applied with multi-pole magnetization of 100 poles or over is used for the forming. After the forming obtained from the metallic die having the film gate structure is subject to multi-pole magnetization, a magnetic encoder with less disturbance is obtained by using the MR element. This is because the resin is packed uniformly by adopting the film gate structure in comparison with a side gate or pin point gate and the mechanical orientation of the ferromagnetic substance generated locally by the forming is eliminated.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect an arbitrary instantaneous value without delay, by detecting the phase-shifting angle of a resolver on the basis of the clock of the phase difference between the output of the resolver and that of a two-phase signal generator and the multiple frequency clock of the exciting frequency of the resolver. CONSTITUTION:A two-phase resolver 1 is excited at constant frequency by an exciter 17. The output of the two-phase resolver 1 is inputted to a phase difference detector 3 along with the output of the two-phase signal generator 12 in a phase synchronous loop to detect the phase difference between both outputs and the output DELTAtheta of said detector 3 is inputted to VCO (voltage control oscillator) 5 through a loop filter 4. The clock of VCO 5 and the multiple frequency clock of exciting frequency of the exciter 17 are inputted to an incremental/decremental counter 21 and the angle-of-rotation signal of the resolver 1 is obtained as the output of said counter 21. By this method, detection delay is eliminated and the possibility of low frequency excitation is also eliminated.
