    • PURPOSE:To make an angle variation in a connecting part ever so easy and increase the extent of vibrating amplitude in an exciting body and a conveying body as well as to aim at improvement in a conveyance speed, by installing a low rigid part, in a form being lower in rigidity than a setting part for a piezoelectric element, at the connecting side of an elastic plate to the conveying body, as one body. CONSTITUTION:A low rigid part 30 in a form being lower in rigidity than a sticking part 23a of a piezoelectric element 24 is solidly installed at the connecting side of an elastic plate to a trough 26, an upper end of this low rigid part 30 is connected to an upper frame 28 with a screw 31. That is to say, the low rigid part 30 forms a semicircular notch part 32 at both-side parts, setting rigidity an and around this notch part 32 down to a lower value of about 0.3-0.9 times in a section secondary moment ratio of the elastic late 23. And, the piezoelectric element 24 is driven by AC voltage having the same frequency as natural frequency in a vibrating system, whereby the conveying body 26 is vibrated aslant in vertical directions, therefore a conveyed work 27 is conveyed in an arrow direction. Accordingly, an angle variation attendant upon vibration is allowed to be much in the notch part 32, and load to be added to the bimorph 22 is sharply reduced, whereby amplitude in the trough 26 becomes increased, thus improvement in conveyance speed and betterment in conveyance efficiency both are attainable.
