    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method of communication between a communication network using radio frequency and a network like the Internet. SOLUTION: A gateway makes a link between a radio frequency communication network and a network like the Internet. The radio frequency communication network has a control member for generating a parameter containing a user identification and a communication identification related to an established communication or a parameter containing a connection identification and a user identification related to the failed connection. From the radio frequency network, the Internet access by general public is permitted through a step of collecting generated parameters, a step of processing the collected parameter for adjusting at least one saturation indicator, and a step of testing the indicator as a result of a transmission capacity command on at least one gateway port dedicated for general public type access offer.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication network connection system for an electronic private branch exchange whereby a plurality of extensions can use a line of a single mobile phone without the need for connection by a wired line when the electronic private branch exchange is connected to a public network with respect to the mobile communication network connection system for the electronic private branch exchange.
      SOLUTION: A mobile phone connection apparatus is provided between the electronic private branch exchange and the mobile phone. The mobile phone connection apparatus includes: an analog line control section for applying communication control to a central office trunk accommodated in the electronic private branch exchange; a mobile phone control section for applying communication control to the mobile phone; a control section for controlling the analog line control section and the mobile phone control section; an antenna coupling section for coupling an output from the mobile phone to an antenna; and a power supply section for supplying power to its sections and the mobile phone. The electronic private branch exchange is connected to the mobile phone through the mobile phone connection apparatus and to the public network through the mobile communication network.
