    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for releasing PC wire straining force, which releases a PC wire in a strained state, to thereby facilitate reusing of a PC wire tension holding member and correction of excessive straining of the wire. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the device, a cylindrical member 12 having a protrusion 123 of a necessary height arranged thereon, and a shim member 2 mounted on the cylindrical member 12, are sandwiched in between a bearing plate 11 and a chuck portion 3. Then the PC wire W in the strained state is pulled, and the shim member 2 in a sandwiched state is removed. As a result, the movement of a wedge 31 is restricted by the upper portion (protrusion) 123, and a gap is formed between the wedge 31 and a sleeve 32, the PC wire W in the strained state can be released.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with various floor frames with the minimum number of members, by assembling floor beam members, floor girder members, and intermediate members in which the length and tenon and the position and shape of the mortice are standardized to constitute various kinds of floor frames. SOLUTION: The floor beam members A-D are 2-4 times longer than the basic length, the floor girder members E-F are 3-4 times longer than the basic length, and the intermediate members G-K are 1-4 times longer than the basic length. And specified tenons and mortices are formed in respective both ends and the middle part. Basic floor frame units X, Y, Z are assembled by use of these floor members A-K. The floor beam members A and B, A and D assembled for the right and left floor beam frame members L, M and the floor beam members A and C are assembled for the intermediate floor beam frame member N and these are fixed to the continuous columns P through the girths. These members can cope with various room layouts by freely exchanging the basic units X, Y, Z and the floor beam frame members L, M, N. And hence, various floor frames can be applied with the minimum number of members.
