摘要：本発明は、優れた防錆性、自己修復性および塗膜密着性を有する多層防錆皮膜を有する亜鉛ホイスカーの発生しない亜鉛メッキ品、多層防錆皮膜形成用組成物およびそれを用いた多層防錆皮膜を有する亜鉛ホイスカーの発生しない亜鉛メッキ品の製造方法に関するものである。本発明の亜鉛メッキ品は金属基体の表面に亜鉛ホイスカーの発生を完全に防止した亜鉛メッキ皮膜を形成すると共に、この亜鉛メッキ皮膜の表面に、環境に影響を与える有害な6価クロムなどの化学薬品を使用することなく、6価クロムの場合と同等の優れた防錆性および自己修復性を有するとともに、塗膜密着性にも優れた多層防錆皮膜を形成した亜鉛メッキ品であるので、コンピューター機器、通信機器などの幅広いエレクトロニクス分野における各種部品に適用できる。

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide excellent adhesiveness for composite plating to iron and steel type materials as well and permit the utilization of the superior performance thereof over a wide range by removing the tough oxide film of the surface of the material to be plated by electrolytic polishing as pretreatment for plating. CONSTITUTION:In composite plating of parts of internal combustion engine parts where abrasion resistance is required, for example, plating wherein SiC power is mixed in an Ni plating layer, the stains of the surfaces of the object to be plated are removed by degreasing. Next, the object to be plated is electrolytically polished by using electrolytic polishing liquid such as, for example, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid and water (7:2:1), whereby the tough oxide surface of the surfaces is removed. In this treatment, smut sticks on the object to be plated and therefore this is removed by acid immersion (for example in about 20% volume sulfuric acid at about 70-90 deg.C until gas is produced uniformly) or cathodic treatment (for example 20% volume sulfuric acid, ordinary temp.). Finally, composite plating is applied.
