摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a zeolite type material having high purity, good cracking activity and high ion exchangeability. CONSTITUTION: A silica/alumina ratio of a zeolitic material having an MFI type crystalline structure is lower than 26. Such zeolitic material is hydrothermally prepared without org. template reagents or seeding procedures. The crystalline structure is obtained by forming a mixture of a silicon dioxide source, an alkali metal hydroxide, an aluminum source and water. The compsn. of these reactants are as follows: the SiO2 /Al2 O3 ratio is 14-22, the OH /SiO2 ratio is 0.05-0.08, the M2 O/SiO2 ratio is 0.08-0.11, the H2 O/SiO2 ratio is 14-22 (all ratios being molar ratios). M is an alkali metal, and reacting the mixture at a temp. of 160-180 deg.C for 40-80 hours. The material has superior cracking activity and an improved selectivity for gasoline octanes.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable isomerization between serial compounds using fine particles of pentasil crystalline aluminosilicate as a catalyst, and obtain 2,6-, 2,7- dimethylnaphthalene(DMN) in high yield. CONSTITUTION:Pentasil crystalline aluminosilicate catalyst comprising more than 50vol.%, preferably 80vol.% of particles smaller than 5mum secondary particle size is used as a catalyst to effect isomerization of DMN at 250 to 600 deg.C, preferably 300 to 500 deg.C under the normal pressure to 100kg/cm , preferably 1 to 20kg/cm . DMN has 10 kinds of isomers, which are classified into 4-series: (A): 2,6-, 1,6-, and 1,5-isomers, (B) 2,7-, 1,7-, and 1,8-isomers, (C) 2,3-, 1,3-, and 1,4-isomers, and (D) 1,2-isomer and it has been said that the isomerization between different series is difficult. The catalyst has enabled the isomerization between the different series.
