摘要： An antifungal agent for the treatment of the skin disease such as athlete's foot, ringworm and tinea caused by dermatophytes, eczema, tinea or various fungi, which comprises a 100 weight % of detergent solution including 0.01-40 weight % of a hypochlorite, 0.01-30 weight % of a sulfite, 0.01-40 weight % of a nitrite, 0.01-40 weight % of each of one or more chlorates, 0.001-35 weight % of hydrogen peroxide, 0.01-40 weight % of ozone water, 0.01-40 weight % of each of one or more nitrates, 0.001-1 weight % of nonionic surface active agent and 1-90 weight % of water.
It is characterized in that trichophyton, eczema or various fungi in the dermis or deep layer are allured by oxygen contained in the antifungal agent to or near the surface of the skin for easy sterilisation by oxidation, reduction, bleaching and fungicidal activity.
The agent is also efficacious for the treatment of a burn of the skin and of the stiffness in the shoulders.

摘要： Procédé qui est approprié pour la préparation de compositions à base d'herbes, destinées à traiter les affections cutanées telles que l'eczéma et le psoriasis. Ledit procédé consiste à préparer un extrait ou des extrait d'herbes qui fournissent un agent anti-inflammatoire, un stimulant corticosurrénal et un agent procteur de l'hydrocortisone par distillation à la vapeur de décoction, et ensuite à traiter lesdits extraits afin de réduire leur teneur en polysaccharide et/ou en sucre. Cette réduction est obtenue par fermentation ou action enzymatique ou par extraction à l'aide d'un solvant ayant une polarité située dans la fourchette E° de 0,4 à 0,95, ou par précipitation avec un composé inorganique et/ou un colloïde ou par une combinaison de deux ou plus des méthodes susmentionnées. A titre de phase finale de concentration, la préparation est encore purifiée par extraction à l'aide d'un solvant dont la polarité se situe dans la fourchette mentionnée ci-dessus. La réduction de la teneur en sucre/polysaccharide améliore fortement les caractéristiques de maniement de l'extrait qui peut être séché jusqu'à obtenir une poudre coulant librement. Des comprimés et des capsules pour administration orale peuvent être préparés à partir de cet extrait qui convient également à la préparation de compositions topiques.

摘要： Compositions are provided for the topical treatment of cancer consisting of lotions, creams, sprays, suppositories or slow-release transdermal patches containing lipid-soluble, skin-penetrating organic selenium compounds in combination with inert carriers in therapeutically effective amounts of selenium compound. The selenium compounds are medium linear chain dialkyl diselenides and precursors such as alkyl selenols. Preferred compositions employ R—Se—Se—R compounds where R is from 6 to 8 carbon atoms, and most specifically di-n-hexyl diselenide. Commonly used carriers may be purified hydrocarbon fractions, oils, with or without added fat-soluble vitamins, water and emulsifying agents.

The therapeutic agents contain a fermentation solution as the active component. The fermentation solution is obtained by fermenting raw materials including sugar components, water, and pine leaf or pine leaf clusters. The pine leaf cluster may be a fresh pine leaf cluster, from which the short shoot is preliminarily removed and then the fresh pine leaves are cut into a given length.

摘要： Methods and topical pharmaceutical formulations are provided for the treatment of nail fungus (onychomycosis). The invention involves a pharmacologically active antifungal agent, plus a pharmaceutically acceptable base in a formulation having a pH of 7.5 to about 13.0, preferably about 8.0 to 11.5, and most preferably about 8.5 to 10.5. These basic formulations permeate the nail and are effective in treating fungal infections of the nail and surrounding tissues.
