    • A node and a packet transmission method thereof are provided. In a node for transmitting packets using a directional antenna, the provided node includes: a determination unit for determining if an actor node exists in a region which a packet transmission direction passes, and is determined from relative location information of a destination node for a source node wherein the region is one among the plurality of regions divided by angle which regions in a plurality of beam patterns of the node are formed; and a transmission unit for transmitting packets to the actor node which exists in a region which the packet transmission direction passes based on the determination result or transmitting the packets to a neighboring node which exists in a region which the packet transmission direction passes.
