摘要： In a system for monitoring and assessing subject response to programmed physical training, a client application provides an intake form, into which subject information, such as contact information, demographics and history may be entered. At least part of the subject information may be stored in a central repository for aggregation with other subject data, for analysis and reporting. Parameterized descriptions of exercises produce a binary string for each exercise, the resulting in a binary map of an entire exercise system, such as the PILATES system. Using a digital session planner, a practitioner selects from filtered lists of exercises to generate a customized exercise sequence for a subject. After the training session, the binary strings for the session are aggregated and a summary of the session displayed for user and/or practitioner. Session data may be uploaded to the repository for aggregation with data from other subjects/session for analysis and reporting.

摘要： The present invention discloses a system and method for automatic review of forms with filled boxes in a sheet and digital processing of the image using augmented reality patterns, a form with binary codes on the edges of a printed template on each sheet, an optical device to read binary codes and a central processing unit for processing data from the binary codes. The form includes binary boxes on the edges of a printed template on each sheet. Binary codes along the edges of each pattern allow different templates simultaneously and automatically determine the sheet position with respect to the optical device. Pixel positions are read from user filled boxes to indicate options of the printed template in paper. Metrics are provided relevant to the assessment of each template as alternatives marked, scores obtained, grades and statistics associated with the results of the filling of boxes.

A computer system for assessing learning of a user includes an input module to receive from the user a first indication associated with each of multiple electronic evidence items of a relationship between that electronic evidence item and a theory, and a second indication of whether the theory is correct. The system further includes a processor to determine a learning credit for the second indication based on the first indication associated with each electronic evidence item and the second indication, and to store on a data store assessment data indicative of the learning credit awarded to the user. A user may choose the wrong answer for whether the theory is correct but if this answer is consistent with the assessment of the evidence items, a learning credit can still be awarded.
