    • PURPOSE:To enable smooth speed reduction and stop without a mechanical damper during sliding of a piston by providing control means for temporarily reverse-exciting a movable portion such as a piston or the like when the movable portion goes forward or returns. CONSTITUTION:In a take-out unit 7 holding a movable plate 72 which can be slided to a main body 71 by guide mechanisms 74, 75, there are provided a pair of air cylinders 11, 12 as a driving source for sliding the movable plate 72. Both cylinders 11, 12 are coupled to each other by coupling metal fittings, 15, 16 in such a manner that pistons 13, 14 are moved mutually in parallel in the opposite direction. The forward end of the piston 13 is fixed to the base of the main body 71, and the forward end of the piston 14 is fixed to the side portion of the movable plate 72 by metal fittins 78, 79, respectively. The drive of the cylinders 11, 12 is controlled by a common solenoid valve 76. In this case, before the movable plate 72 reaches a destination position for a stop, the solenoid valve 76 is temporarily reverse-excited to move the movable plate 72 in the reverse direction.
