In the vane-type compressor, the fixed member (4) includes a cylinder (4a) accommodating the movable member (2) and a rear-side block (4b) integrated with the cylinder (4a), and the oil separator (14) is integrated with the rear-side block (4b). An oil separation chamber (22) of the oil separator (14) is covered by a cylindrical portion (5b) of a shell member (5) constituting a housing.

摘要： A stator for use in a positive displacement motor or a progressing cavity pump. The stator comprises an elastomer mix preferably including rubber and a fiber reinforcement. The fiber reinforcement includes a plurality of fibers. The elastomer mix is formed into a stator via an injection molding process. The injection molding process includes a shear flow step in which shear flow is induced in the elastomer mix while the elastomer mix is in an uncured state. The shear flow modifies the orientation of the fibers into an advantageous modified fiber orientation. Shear flow is induced preferably via differential rotation of injection mold assembly elements during the injection molding process. Methods of manufacturing the stator are also disclosed.

The intake-side clearance denotes a minimum value of a clearance between an external tooth and an internal tooth defining an inter-teeth chamber which communicates with an intake port and in which an amount of change in volume during rotation of the inner rotor by a unit angle is maximized. The discharge-side clearance denotes a minimum value of a clearance between an external tooth and an internal tooth defining the inter-teeth chamber which at least partially overlaps with a partition wall a first discharge port and a second discharge port when the amount of change in volume per unit angle is maximized.
