In an embodiment, an adjustment mechanism for a beverage tap handle includes a connecting element and a housing. The connecting element includes a stem and a first mating feature, and the housing includes an aperture to receive the stem and a second mating feature configured to mate with the first mating feature. The housing and the connecting element are (i) rotatable with respect to each other about a central axis of the stem when the first mating feature and second mating feature are not mated, and (ii) prevented from rotating with respect to each other about the central axis of the stem when the first mating feature and the second mating feature are mated.

摘要： A dispensing appliance for receiving a container and dispensing a liquid is disclosed. The container has a body, a mouth, and a closure with an initially sealed first dispensing opening. The dispensing appliance has a container holding portion and a dispensing portion having a first dispensing tube with an engagement tip for engaging into dispensing opening to enter in fluid communication with the interior of the container. The dispensing portion is pivotally connected to the holding portion by a hinge to rotationally move from a first loading position. A second dispensing position allows dispensing the liquid. Moving the dispensing portion from a loading position to a dispensing position drives the engagement tip through the initially sealed dispensing opening of the closure. The engagement tip of the first dispensing tube is translated along a rectilinear path by rotation of the dispensing portion, to engage into the first dispensing opening.

摘要： A sanitary beverage dispensing spout includes a diffuser housing, a central body integrally formed with the diffuser housing and depending therefrom and discharge ports extending through the bottom of the diffuser housing and opening downwardly about the outer peripheral surface of the central body. The diffuser housing includes a plate diffuser. The central body defines an outer periphery with alternating sets of converging segments. The sets of segments converge at different angles of convergence. Discharge nozzles dispense beverage concentrate from a central manifold extending through the central body. The discharge nozzles define capillary tubes for the retention of a charge of syrup therein between drink dispensing. The flow from the discharge nozzles converges with the converging flow of one set of segments. Flow from a second set of segments converges more rapidly. The mixed beverage concentrate and carbonated water streams continue to converge upon the converged carbonated water stream flowing centrally below the dispensing spout. The outer peripheral surface of the central body is open to atmosphere for the release of outgas carbon dioxide prior to the thorough mixing occurring below the spout assembly.
