The mold comprises a first section and a second section, each having interlocking tabs. The imprint mixture is non-toxic and non-irritating. The container is configured to receive the powdered molding compound and water. The geometric shapes include but are not limited to a circular shape, a quarter-moon shape or a heart shape. The interlocking tabs of the first section and second section of the mold are configured to interface with one another and further configured to be separated when slight pressure is applied.

摘要： The process involves rotating the person on a first rotatable support and scanning the rotating head with respect to both topography and color. The scanning output is digitized and fed to a computer with custom software. On a second rotatable support forming means driven by the computer are used to fashion a partly finished doll's head based on the topography input. The partly finished head is then transferred to a third rotatable support and as it rotates, ink jets also driven by the computer software colors the doll's head correspondingly.

摘要： A method of producing a distorted artwork image printed on flat stock material which when deep drawn to the desired shape stretches the distorted artwork image to provide the desired artwork image on the finished article in which the original artwork can be an original picture or photograph on opaque material. The original artwork is formed into a closed cylinder with the artwork on the inner walls and photographed as reflected from the cylinder by a generally conically shaped mirror arranged co-axially with the cylinder so that a distorted artwork image can be produced which will extend over the whole area of the flat stock material to be subsequently deep drawn.

摘要： This disclosure relates to a mold for use in accurate reproduction of articles having natural material surfaces and for a method of making the molds to achieve dimensional stability and accurate surface reproduction of the parts. The mold has a thin skin of uniform thickness with a surface forming the interior mold cavity and a reinforcing base secured to the thin skin which preferably contains heat conducting metal powders. The mold is made by forming the thin skin of a cured resin of uniform thickness on the part to be reproduced such that the skin forms a negative of the part''s shape and surface. A separable temporary layer, preferably of an elastomer such as silicone rubber, is formed on the outer surface of the thin skin. A reinforcing base of a curable resin is deposited on the temporary layer and partially cured to form a solid, self-supporting mass. The reinforcing base, temporary layer and the thin skin are separated. The reinforcing base is then cured to a rigid solid mass and recombined with the skin through an adhesive material which is of similar composition as the reinforcing base and the thin skin. The final curing of the reinforcing base separate from the skin permits shrinkage of the reinforcing base during the curing without affecting the dimensions of the thin skin. The thickness of the separable layer gives the reinforcing base a tolerance for shrinkage so that the base can still adequately reinforce the thin skin after curing of the base.

摘要： A method of making parts of shoes and articles of wearing apparel of conventional materials such as leather and splits thereof, woven and non-woven fibrous materials, synthetic materials and the like to provide a surface configuration corresponding to a master pattern which desirably is to be imitated, comprising confining a layer of compressible absorbent material and a base plastic between a backing layer of which the part is to be comprised and a mold containing a cavity embodying the surface configuration to be reproduced on the surface of the backing layer, applying pressure and heat to cause the compressible absorbent material and the base plastic to become integrated with the backing layer, allowing the plastic to stabilize and stripping the composite structure from the mold. According to the method the compressible absobent material may be in the form of a batt of thermoplastic fibers or foam and the base plastic may be a thermoplastic in liquid, paste, sheet or solid dry blend form. Desirably, a thin layer of dissolved plastic or plastic monomer is sprayed on the surface of the mold cavity prior to disposition of the base thermoplastic and compressible absorbent layer between the backing layer and the mold and optionally a pigmented plastic may be deposited in the mold cavity at predetermined areas. The mold is prepared by casting a material having a lower dielectric constant than the plastic employed on a master pattern embodying the configuration to be imparted to the backing layer and preferably the aforesaid material of the mold is silicone rubber.
