    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing device and a manufacturing method for a vinyl glove are provided to reduce manufacturing time and costs by continuously performing a vinyl glove forming process and a nonwoven fabric forming process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device for a vinyl glove comprises a nonwoven fabric supply part(10), a nonwoven fabric cutting part, first and second film supply part(30,40), and first and second thermal fusion parts. The nonwoven fabric supply part supplies two folds of nonwoven fabrics(16) through multiple guide rollers(14). The nonwoven fabric cutting part cuts the nonwoven fabrics to form a glove part(28). A supply roller(34) of the first film supply part supplies a first vinyl film(36) to the bottom of the glove part. The first thermal fusion part adheres to the edge of the glove part to the first vinyl film. A transfer roller(44) of the second film supply part supplies a second vinyl film to the top of a first placing part. The second thermal fusion part fuses the first placing part and a second placing part(48) of the second vinyl film. And the second thermal fusion part cuts the first and second vinyl films in a hand shape, and adheres to the edge of the films.

The rotor is inserted to the upper portion of the vertical pipe part via a key(22).
