The station includes a carrier for holding a blow mould, and the carrier includes a first part and a second part, pivotable with respect to the first part relative to a predefined first pivot axis. The station includes a lock mechanism for locking the first part with respect to the second part. Lock mechanism includes a first element arranged on the first part and a second element arranged on the second part. At least the first element is movable with respect to the carrier relative to a second predefined axis. Pivoting movement of the first part and movement of the first element are coupled to one another by a coupling device such that the second axis moves with respect to the carrier in a direction perpendicular to the second axis.

摘要： A blow molding machine with air conditioning that while minimizing the introduction rate of outside air, realizes maintaining of constant temperature in not only a plant building but also the interior of a blow molding machine and production of a bottle as a final configuration with stability in its measurement value. The blow molding machine with air conditioning is constructed so that air for use in biaxially stretching blow molding together with hot air of heating zone (1) and internal air of a plant building is suctioned by means of suction chamber (4), filtered by means of primary filter (6) and secondary filter (7) into clean air, brought into heat exchange with primary cooling coil (8), fed under pressure by air blower (10) and released through low-temperature duct (12) into the interior of the plant building. Further, the construction is made so that housing (3) on its side face is provided with vent (3a) so as to allow reflux of the clean air released into the interior of the plant building and flow into the heating zone (1) and blow zone (2).

According to the above-mentioned steps, the sterilizer does not enter a blow-molding machine.

摘要： Apparatus for the shaping of plastics material pre-forms into containers includes at least one blow mold with two blow mold parts movable with respect to each other. The blow mold forms a cavity inside which the pre-forms may be shaped into the containers. The apparatus includes a stressing device which acts upon the pre-forms with a flowable medium for their expansion, a conveying device which conveys the blow mold along a pre-set conveying path, and a clean room inside which the blow mold may be conveyed during the expansion of the pre-forms. An inner wall of the blow mold facing the pre-form has at least one opening through which a flowable medium may be removed out of the cavity during the expansion procedure. A flow connection provided between the opening and the clean room is sealed off from a non-sterile environment of the clean room.
