    • The present invention relates to a degassing unit that separates and removes gas from sterilized water which is formed by electrolyzing water having salinity of a predetermined or higher concentration, and more specifically, to a degassing unit having a vacuum relief unit. The degassing unit includes: a chamber that has an inflow portion into which the sterilized water flows and an outflow portion from which the gas-removed sterilized water flows out after flowing in through the inflow portion; a gas movement and discharge unit that moves and discharges the gas separated from the chamber; and a vacuum relief unit that prevents the chamber from being vacuumized. The gas movement and discharge unit has a filter that filters the sterilized water in a liquid or gas state from the gas separated from the chamber. The vacuum relief unit can prevent damage to the devices constituting the degassing unit, which is caused by the inflow of not only external air but also the sterilized water separated by the filter into the chamber due to the intake pressure in the chamber during the supply of the external air for the prevention of the vacuum state in the chamber, and can prevent the discharge of the sterilized water to the atmosphere.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating and removing tar from coke cooling ammonia water is provided to prevent increase of temperature of an ascension pipe and reduce generation amount of excess ammonia water due to use of fresh water by preventing closing of an ammonia water spray nozzle on the ascension pipe of a coke oven. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for separating and removing tar from coke cooling ammonia water comprises a body(30) on the upper one side of the outer circumference of which an inflow port(32) is formed, and on the lower other side of which a discharge port(33) is formed; an upper cover(35) which is rested and coupled to the upper part of the body(30), and on the outer central part of which a support part(35c) is projectingly formed; a driving motor(36) which is formed on the upper part of the support part(35c), and to which a speed reducer(36a) is attached; a lower cover(37) which is rested and coupled to the lower part of the body(30), into the central inner circumference of which a support bar(37a) formed outlet(37b) is perforated, and on the outer central part of which a drain pipe(39) is projectingly formed; a filter(38) the upper part of which is inner contacted with the lower side of the inflow port(32) of the inner circumference of the body(30), and the lower part of which is inner contacted with the outlet(37b); and a screw blade(34) which is perpendicularly and rotationally coupled to the central part of the support bar(37a) in such a way that the screw blade(34) penetrates the central part of the upper cover(35) and is inner contacted with the speed reducer(36a), and which is supported by a plurality of fixed bars projectingly formed on a shaft(34a).
