摘要： A separable slide fastener to be attached to a knit fabric has a pair of warp-knit stringer tapes each with a series of openings. Each of the stringer tapes may include a reinforcement film bonded to a lower end portion thereof and having a recess which allows some of the tape openings to be exposed for use in attachment to the knit fabric. The recess may be covered with a thin layer penetratable by knitting needles. A separble bottom end stop may be injection-molded on the reinforcement films bonded to the stringer tapes. Knitting needles are inserted in the openings, and a fabric is knitted thereon to form successive courses. To this end, a row of loops of a course are looped with transverse longitudinally spaced thread portions which define ends of the openings.

摘要： A separable slide fastener having a separable assembly comprises a pair of stringer tapes each carrying along one longitudinal edge a row of coupling elements each having a pair of spaced legs and a coupling head extending between the legs. The separable terminal assembly comprises a separable pin and a retainer pin fixed to the bottom end of the respective tapes and a retainer formed integral with the retainer pin for receiving the separable pin. The rows of coupling elements can be interlocked by interengagement of a pair of lateral projections of the opposed coupling head. The lateral projections of the endmost elements located adjacent to the pins are cut off to permit the endmost coupling elements to freely move away from each other when the slide fastener is closed. The invention improves the smoothness of movement of the slider towards and away from the separable terminal assembly. Also, the production costs are reduced due to a simple structure.

摘要： A splittable slide fastener (10) consists of two warp-knitted carrier tapes (11, 12) respectively possessing two tape regions (13, 14) which are connected to one another by means of joining yarns (15) running transversely to the carrier tape, in order to form a series of orifices (16) which are arranged at a mutual distance from one another and which receive sewing yarns for securing the slide fastener (10) to a textile product. Two rows of coupling links (17, 18) are secured to the mutually opposite longitudinal edges of the carrier tapes (11, 12), and a slide (19) is movable along the rows of coupling links (17, 18), in order to couple or uncouple these with one another. The carrier tapes (11, 12) have a splitability element (22) at one end. A reinforcing strip (26) preferably consisting of a textile material is secured to each carrier tape (11, 12) next to the splitability element (22). The reinforcing strip (26) has a series of preformed holes (27) which are arranged at such a mutual distance from one another and are of such a size that they are equally suitable for receiving the yarns from a knitting machine or a looping machine, in order to secure the slide fastener (10) to the textile product.
