SOLUTION: A guide plate 14 erected perpendicular to the surface direction of the surface of slope of an upper wall like a screen on the outer peripheral side from the inside diameter of a bell mouth 26 and inclined in the vertical direction while curled to the inside diameter side of a centrifugal impeller 12 on the inner peripheral side from the inside of the bell mouse 26 at the constant curvature is integrally formed in a range in which the back flow phenomenon near a nose part of a scroll casing 13 of a centrifugal multiple blade blower 1 is to be easily generated. Therefore, collision of suction air to be sucked to a suction port 25 formed by a bell mouse 26 in high pressure loss and discharge air to be discharged from the suction port 25 is prevented, and the guide plate 14 is so prevented as to be taken as a resistance member of suction air in low pressure loss.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an in-cabin ventilating function and an outside air deodorizing function by outside air introduction compatible with avoidance of reducing the air amount of an air conditioner caused by the high-pressure loss of a deodorizing filter. SOLUTION: A deodorizing filter 25 for adsorbing malodorous components in the air is disposed in the air downstream (inner periphery side) of the circumferential wall 14a of an inside/outside air switching rotary door 14 for opening and closing an outside air introduction opening 18 and an inside air introduction opening 19 through a clearance with a prescribed interval L from the circumferential wall 14a, and the deodorizing filter 25 is formed so as to rotate integrally with the rotary door 14. When the inside/outside air switching rotary door 14 is displaced at an intermediate opening position which the circumferential wall 14a opens both of the outside air introduction opening 18 and the inside air introduction opening 19 at an intermediate opening, inside air flow running directly from the inside air introduction opening 19 to the outlet side of an inside and outside air switching box 13, and outside air flow running from the outside air introduction opening 18 through the clearance 24 and passing through the deodorization filter 25 to the outlet side of the inside/outside air switching box 13 are formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure where fans are connected with a shaft through a collar and improve assembling property between the fan and the shaft, by placing each collar between the shaft and each fan, engaging each collar with the shaft, and engaging each collar with each fan. SOLUTION: A collar 6 is placed between a shaft 4 and a fan 2 and is made of resin. In the collar 6, a notch 61 is formed by cutting out a part of the collar 6 from a position corresponding to longitudinal one end of the shaft 4 to the position corresponding to the other end. A first shaft plane 41 parallel with the longitudinal direction of the shaft 4 and a second shaft plane 42 orthogonal to that are formed. In the collar 6, the inner wall corresponding to the first shaft plane 41 forms a third collar plane 62 in contact with the first shaft plane 41, and at both ends of the collar 6 corresponding to the second shaft plane 42, fourth collar planes 63 in contact with the first shaft plane 42 are formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure wherein a clogging detector is easily attached and detached to and from a filter without using a separate part for fixing. SOLUTION: A clogging detector 1 consists of one member 3 arranged on the upstream side of a filter 2 in the flow direction of air passing through the filter 2 and the other member 4 arranged on the downstream side of the filter 2. The member 3 is formed into a box, and is opened on the filter 2 side only, and in a wall surface 3a on the air upstream side, a slit 3b which becomes an inflow port for air is formed, and each on both faces 3c, a tooth-shaped lug part 3d along the uneven cross-sectional shape of the filter 2 is formed. The member 4 has a first flow passage part 4A through which air that has passed through the filter 2 through the slit 3d of the member 3 passes, and each on both sides 4a of the first flow passage part 4A, a tooth-shaped lug part 4b is formed like the member 3. The lug parts 6d of the member 3 and the lug parts 4d of the first flow passage part 4a are provided so that they may be engaged each other with the filter 2 being put between them.
