摘要： A seat apparatus for a vehicle, which includes an inner slide rail, an outer slide rail including an outer upper rail and an outer lower rail, a seat cushion provided slidably in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle and configured to be flipped up to a wall portion of the vehicle compartment to be in a storage position, a hinge mechanism fixing the outer upper rail to the seat cushion, a bearing smoothly sliding the outer upper rail relative to the outer lower rail, a spring provided around a rotational shaft of the hinge mechanism for biasing the seat cushion in a direction to be flipped up, and at least one rotating member provided between the outer upper rail and the outer lower rail so as to receive a load in a lateral direction of the vehicle applied to the outer upper rail by the spring.

摘要： A watercraft comprises two air-intake boxes 5, 8 mounted in air-intake pipes 6, 9 of the engine 1. The air-intake box 5 is provided on one side of the engine 1 and located lower than a waterline of the watercraft and the air-intake box 8 is provided on the other side of the engine 1 and located higher than the waterline. End portions of the air-intake pipes 6, 9, which are located downstream in air flow in the air-intake boxes 5, 8, are connected to upper portions of the air-intake boxes, respectively. The air-intake pipe 6 is provided with a throttle valve 7. An air-suction valve 12 is adapted to suction air from upstream of the throttle valve 7 and deliver it to the vicinity of an exit of an exhaust port. The air suction valve 12 is provided with a noise absorbing member.

摘要： A mechanism for extruding and retracting the writing member of a writing instrument which is set ready for writing by pressing a clip member vertically movable in a slit bored in the rear side wall of a cylinder, but held in a protruded state while the writing instrument is not set for writing. The clip member presses a flexible working element arranged under the clip member and having a plurality of elastic zigzag bent portions. The working element thus pressed down axially extends to press the back of the writing member contained in the front part of the cylinder and energized backward by spring action and moves the writing member forward. The tip of the writing member is protruded from the opening at the front end of the cylinder and the clip holder of the clip member is held inside the slit during writing. On the other hand, the clip member is released from pressing the bent portions so as to restore the flexible working element to the bent condition in the original position and the clip holder of the clip member is again protruded from the side wall of the cylinder to place the writing instrument in the non-writing state.
