摘要： An automatic heating apparatus comprising a sensor such as a humidity sensor or a gas sensor which senses water vapor, alcohol, CO.sub.2 gas or the like emitted from a foodstuff being heated for automatically completing cooking. A microcomputer, which is a controller, monitors variations in the quantity of emitted water vapor, CO.sub.2 gas, alcohol or the like with respect to time and, on the basis of the result of this monitoring, decides automatically whether the foodstuff is covered or not with a plastic sheet or is enclosed or not in a lidded container. According to the result of this decision, the heating data including the heating duration and heating output are modified so as to attain optimum heating regardless of the presence or absence of the cover or regardless of the volume of the lidded container.

摘要： A cooking assistance device for use with a microwave oven comprising a card reader for reading a menu data recorded in a card, a memory unit in which data representing the quantity of foodstuff materials to be heated by said oven and heating processes are stored, and a control unit for reading data from said memory unit in response to the menu data. A character code generator provides conversion of the data read from said memory unit into a character code which is fed into a mini-printer mounted in said oven to provide a print out of characters on a recording medium. A data input key is also provided for entry or alteration of data representing the quantity of servings. A power controller determines the power level and heating interval of the foodstuff based on the stored and keyboard input data and accordingly controls the heating operation.

摘要： A heating apparatus, such as an electric oven or a microwave oven, comprises an enclosure case having therein a heating chamber to place a heating object therein, the enclosure case having a door at an opening of the chamber, and the door having a locking means, to lock the door when closed, and has a door lock releasing means, such as a lever and a solenoid planger, to release and open the door from the locking state of the locking means,a voice recognition circuit for recognizing voice commands of a user of the apparatus and produces at least a control signal, which drives the releasing means to open the door.

摘要： A heating apparatus capable of receiving several voice commands which comprises a voice recognition circuit and is improved from a systematic point of view, so that erroneous recognition in receiving a starting command and a stop command is effectively prevented, and the heating apparatus further comprises a stop button to produce an input signal which is given priority over any input voice commands and which fulfills an equivalent function to the stop command thereby enabling of stopping a heating operation by pushing the stop button, even when the voice recognition circuit does not correctly work or a voice command can not be acknowledged by the voice recognition circuit due to large acoustical noises coming from the circumference around the heating apparatus.
