    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly shorten time for transport and arrangements at site without exceeding a transport limit height even including a hopper by installing the hopper in a freely liftable manner and, at the same time, providing a drive device for lifting the hopper. SOLUTION: The inclined face 7a of a hopper 7 is connected to the frame 15d of a primary crushing part 3 at the time of a crushing operation by expanding a hydraulic cylinder 21. Next, a material to be crushed is received into the primary crushing part 3 from the hopper 7 with the help of a hydraulic shovel or a wheel loader, and is crushed between two crushing rolls 10 for a primary crushing process by rotation of the crushing rolls 10. The height of a crushing machine is decreased by contracting a hydraulic cylinder 21 to lower the hopper 7 when the crushing machine is self-propelled, as shown by a two-dot chain line. Since a device to lift the hopper 7 to a fixed low position is provided on the crushing machine itself, the crushing machine can be transported with the hopper 7 mounted aboard without using a crane.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain the desired stroke of a reciprocating frame and to simplify the structure by using a hydraulic cylinder as a reciprocating means in a structure provided with the reciprocating frame in the bottom of a hopper and for falling down a material to be crushed to a crushing part from a hopper opening end side by the reciprocating movement of the frame. SOLUTION: The hopper 1 is opened in one face 1a of the crushing part side, a pair of rails 4 are fixed on the frame 2 so that the opening end 1a becomes the tip and a roller 6 attached to the under face of the reciprocating frame 5 is freely rollingly placed. And the hydraulic cylinder 7 for reciprocally moving the frame 5 along the rail 4 is installed between the base plate part 5a of the reciprocating frame 5 and the frame 2. The reciprocating frame 5 constitutes a receiving part 10 for the material to be crushed, which is smaller than a space surrounded by a vertical plate part 1c, by parting from the frame 5 and the receiving part 10 is attached to the hopper opening end 1a side to enable to lift the opposite opening end 1b side with a supporting point 11 as a center by a cylinder 12.

    • PURPOSE:To enable simple and reliable sampling of earth for testing road strength in an earth sampling tool by a method wherein the cylindrical earth sampling tool is grasped by means of a plurality of grasping bodies each having an opening closing means, and the earth sampling tool is pressed in the bottom part of a pre-excavated small longitudinal hole. CONSTITUTION:A device comprises a body 10, grasping bodies 19 and 20 unfolded and folded by a hydraulic cylinder 44 and provided at a lower end with lock claws 39 and 40, and a spring 33 for pressing a support plate 29. The device is mounted to the vertical expandable arm of a working vehicle by means of a pin 16. A separately mounted earth sampling tool 6 is held between the lock claws 39 and 40 and the support plate 29. The sampling tool 6 is pressed in togetherwith the grasping bodies 19 and 20 to fill the sampling tool 6 with earth, and through contraction of the arm, the sampling tool is lifted up. The grasping bodies 19 and 20 are unfolded to take out the sampling tool 6. This constitution enables reliable holding of the sampling tool 6 to sample earth, and enables reduction of a man hour since a small longitudinal hole suffices for sampling of earth.

    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device without requiring a rotary seal by providing a chuck claw and an engaging block to a piston rod of a chuck claw opening and closing cylinder through bearings and engaging the engaging block and an inclined engagement section of the claw so that they are capable of sliding. CONSTITUTION:An engaging block 45 is provided to the end of a piston rod 52 through a thrust bearing so that it is capable of rotating, and an inclined engagement section 45a of the periphery thereof is fitted to an inclined engagement section 43a of the internal end of each sliding block 43 so that they are capable of sliding. An auger 5 is set between chuck claws 41, when pressure oil is supplied to a chuck claw opening and closing cylinder 48, the rod 52 is moved in the direction of the (a), the engaging block 45 is also moved in the direction of the (a) to engage to the sliding block 43, and the claws 41 are moved in the direction of the (b) to hold the auger 5. When a motor 8 is operated, a bevel gear 36, the engaging block 45, the claws 41 and the auger 5 rotate against a cylinder body 46 and the rod 52 through bearings 53, 54 and 56. According to the constitution, a rotary seal is not required, and longer life of a seal material can be attained.
