    • An adjustment valve includes a first diaphragm integrally formed from an attachment section engaged with and fixed to the bottom of a rod, a joining section to which a valve body is fixed, a thin film section radially extending from a shoulder section, a thick wall section continuous with the thin film section, and a seal section provided at the peripheral edge of the thick wall section. The second diaphragm has a central hole, and includes an integrally formed thin film section radially extending from a thick wall section at the center hole, and a seal section is provided at the peripheral edge thereof. A diaphragm hold-down member penetrates the central hole at the shoulder section of the rod, causing the second diaphragm to be sandwiched and fixed. The rod is disposed with play in the through-hole in the bottom of the cylinder, and is supported by a spring engaged between a step section of the cylinder and the bottom surface of the shoulder in a state such that radial movement is prevented.

    • A packing device includes a base frame, a rear frame and a front pillar. Glass plates (G) are disposed on the base frame with the glass plates leaned against the rear frame. The glass plates (G) are held by a pressing device with the glass plates (G) pressed toward the rear frame. The pressing device has pressing members to be arranged along front both sides of the glass plates (G), and locking members each removably disposed between the pressing member and the front pillar. The locking member disposed between the front pillar and the pressing member is pressed downwardly along the front pillar to be disposed between the front pillar and the pressing member with the locking member engaged therebetween, whereby the pressing member presses a front surface of the glass plates (G). According to this packing device, packing and unpacking operations of glass plates (G) can be simply and assuredly performed while attaining structural simplification and cost reduction.

    • The present invention provides a capacitive liquid state sensor configured to release a pressure in an intervening gap by providing slits to an outer tubular electrode while inhibiting decrease in strength caused by forming of the slits. The outer tubular electrode 20 disposed with a predetermined distance from an inner electrode 20 is formed with a plurality of slits 14, 15 and 16 along a generator (indicated by one-dot chain line A) extending from a front end portion 11 to a rear end portion 12. Further, by the provision of the intermediate no-slit formed areas 17 and 18, the outer tubular electrode 10 can maintain a good strength so that deformation of the outer tubular electrode 10 can be prevented effectively.
