The diaphragm forms a piezoelectric element which is laminated on a side opposite to the nozzle plate of the passage substrate and includes a lower electrode, a piezoelectric body, and an upper electrode. The liquid supply chamber formed for each of the multiple nozzles is compartmented by a bulkhead from an other liquid supply chamber, and each of the liquid supply chamber and the other liquid supply chamber include multiple ink supply ports.
