摘要： 1,2-epoxy-5,9-cyclododecadiene is produced with a high selectivity thereto by epoxidizing 1,5,9-cyclododecatriene in a continuous multi-stage oxidation apparatus having a plurality of reactors connected to each other in series in such a manner that (1) in a first reactor, 1,5,9-cyclododecatriene, hydrogen peroxide, catalyst components and optionally a mineral acid are subjected to an epoxidation reaction; (2) the resultant reaction mixture delivered from the first reactor is passed through one or more succeeding reactors to further epoxidize the non-reacted 1,5,9-cyclododecatriene with the non-reacted hydrogen peroxide; and (3) the final reaction mixture produced in a rearend reactor is delivered from the oxidation apparatus, and optionally subjected to an isolation-refining procedure wherein the target 1,2-epoxy-5,9-cyclododecadiene is refined and collected and the non-reacted 1,5,9-cyclododecatriene is recovered and recycled to the epoxidation procedure.

摘要： A curved surface screen-printing apparatus adapted to screen-print a to-be-printed object having a large radius of curvature. Concentric curved-surface guides having an equal radius of curvature are respectively provided on both side portions of a jig table on which a printing board to be bent and used as the to-be-printed object is placed. A squeegee head crossing over the jig table, and a screen plate mounting frame are provided in the apparatus. A pair of steel belts are used to connect a corresponding one of the guides to the frame. The belts of each pair are made to intersect each other. An end of each of the belts is fixed to a side end portion of a corresponding one of the curved surface guides as viewed from a side thereof. The other end thereof is fixed to a corner portion of the screen plate mounting frame. A reciprocating motion of the squeegee head causes the screen plate mounting frame to perform a rocking motion along the curved surface of the jig table. Thus, an optimum gap between the screen plate and the to-be-printed object is maintained at all times in such a manner as to be uniform therebetween.

摘要： A method for producing a cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol separator having a film of cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol for an alkali-zinc secondary battery, and a cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol separator produced by the method are disclosed. The method includes the steps of:(1) providing a film of polyvinyl alcohol having degree of saponification of 70 to 98.5% and containing 1,2-diol units;(2) contacting the film of polyvinyl alcohol with an oxidizing agent to effect oxidative cleavage of the 1,2-diol units;(3) contacting the film of polyvinyl alcohol with an acid catalyst to catalyze acetalization to form a film of cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol; and(4) preparing a separator with the film of cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol.
