SOLUTION: The adhesive composition excellent in heat resistance, adhesiveness and solder reflow resistance is obtained by at least combining a fluorine-containing polyaryl ether ketone having a specific structure with an epoxy resin in a prescribed amount and a curing agent. The flexible printed circuit board is obtained by laminating a metallic foil for forming a circuit with a plastic film used as a substrate through a layer composed of the adhesive composition to the plastic film.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition that is formed in a thick film and patterned with high resolution and can exhibit excellent physical properties peculiar to polyimide resin and to provide a polyimide resin obtained from the photosensitive resin composition. SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition contains a low molecular weight polyamic acid having an ethynyl or ethynylene group at the end of a molecular chain or in a molecular chain and a photosensitive agent comprising a 1,4-dihydropyridine derivative. The polyamic acid achieves thick film formation and high resolution patterning because of its low molecular weight, and since the ethynyl or ethynylene group becomes a reactive crosslinking portion and causes three-dimensional crosslinking in heat imidation, the strength of the resulting film can be enhanced.
