摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a burred part without any residual burrs with a simple process by simultaneously achieving the burring and squeezing at the bottom part of a punch for burring and a die to squeeze the burn after a lower hole for burring is made in a metallic sheet. CONSTITUTION: A prepared hole 3 for burring is made in a metallic sheet by a punch 2. Then, the burring is achieved using a die 9 having a bottom surface of the depth corresponding to the burring height, and the burn 6 on the end face of the lower hole 3 generated in making the prepared hole 3 are squeezed by a burring punch 4 and the bottom part of the die 9. The end face of the prepared hole 3 for burring is simultaneously chamfered to eliminate the burrs 6. The tip part of the burring punch 4 is chamfered, but similar effect can be obtained with a punch of spherical head type. A burred part of stable quality which is free from residual burrs 6 and variance in height can be obtained.

In order to form the excellentt flatness in the following drawing process, the projecting height of the back bead 3 is set in the range of -0.2-+0.3mm. At the time of setting the cutting size in this range, the cutting work is facilitated without giving the excess load to a cutting tool. In the successive drawing it is necessary to set the thickness reduction rate to >=10% in order to improve the flatness on the inner surface of the pipe particularly at the boundary between the welding part 1 and the base material 2. Such a working extent is effective to harden the inner surface of the pipe and to improve the wear resistance.

Wherein the clearance ratio between the die 1 and the punch 3 upon the blanking of the outside part is set to be smaller compared with that when the inside part being blanked. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel panel, which has a resin film capable of being dissolved and removed by an alkali solution formed on the surface thereof, generating no dragging in a resin film even if the temperature of a mold rises to 100 deg.C or higher at the time of press processing and excellent in retension of shape. SOLUTION: The resin film is composed of a resin composition wherein an acid value is 40-90, a content of a urethane bond is 12-20 weight % in terms of an isocyanate group (NCO), the modulus of elasticity at 100 deg.C is 1,000-6,000 N/cm2 and a flow start temperature is 75-170 deg.C and has a thickness of 0.2-10 μm. If necessary, 1-25 weight % of a synthetic resin powder with a mean particle size of 0.1-5 μm and/or 1-30 weight % of a silica powder is added to the resin film and a chromate film is interposed between the surface of a plated steel panel and the resin film. The resin film formed material using a high tensile steel panel of which the product strength level of 440-less than 700 MPa as a material shows excellent retention of shape.
