    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permeable diaphragm wall and its construction method capable of eliminating a projected part to an outside bedrock side within a range of the application of a land use regulation when it is applied. SOLUTION: The diaphragm wall 10 includes a soil cement column body 12, cores 14 and a permeable section 16. The column body 12 is constituted of preceeding soil cement column bodies 12a and following soil cement column bodies 12b1 to 12b3. The permeable section 16 provides a prescribed permeable function to a column wall equipped with imperviousness, and it includes a cut-off plate 18, a filler layer 20 and a water pipe 22. The cut-off plate 18 is extended over among the cores 14. The filter layer 20 is inserted between the cut-off plate 18 and an outward bedrock A by storing it in a liquid-tight bag body 24 melted by hot water, and then, it is made to foam and expand to form a continuous bubble to provide permeability thereto. An opening on the side of the lower end of the water pipe 22 is connected to the filter layer 20 lying between the cut-off plate 18 and the outward bedrock A.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pull up and withdraw a propulsion machine to the start shaft side after the natural ground is excavated, in a method of closed type propulsion wherein an arrival shaft is not provided. SOLUTION: An inner pipe 12 constituting the main body of the propulsion machine having a cutter head 18 disposed at the fore end and an outer pipe 16 so disposed on the outer circumference of the inner pipe 12 as to be engageable with and disengageable from the inner pipe and constituting the inside-diameter section of a pipe duct, are provided. While boring is conducted from a start shaft [A] to a prescribed position with the outer pipe pulled by the inner pipe, the pipe duct is formed behind and the engagement of the outer pipe with the inner pipe is canceled thereafter. In a state wherein the outer pipe is left at the above position of excavation, the inner pipe is moved backward along the longitudinal direction of the pipe duct and pulled up from the position of the start shaft [A].

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable cleansing processing of placed concrete in an initial stage of hardening of the same. SOLUTION: There is provided a water leading apparatus having an expandable water conduit 22, a hydraulic jack 24, and a raw water conveying portion 26. The water conduit 22 is a double pipe consisting of an inner pipe 22a and an outer pipe 22b, and both the edges thereof are opened. The raw water conveying portion 26 has a casing 26a, a filter layer 26b, and an impervious sheet 26c which is hot-water soluble. The casing 26a is of a box shape, and has an open end thereof, which is arranged so as to face an excavated wall surface on the side of natural ground A. The casing is provided with a permeable plate which defines a passage space above the bottom thereof. The filter layer 26b is housed in the easing 26a in a manner being mounted on the permeable plate. Connected to the passage space are ends of three, i.e., first to third feed pipes 26f, 26g, 26h in a manner communicating with the passage space. The three pipes feed cleansing fluid into the passage space, after dissolution of the impervious sheet 26c.
