    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and recover waste plastic vessels for recycling use. SOLUTION: A waste plastic vessel conveyed from a waste plastic vessel accepting part passes through a conveying pipe 7a and then a conveying pipe 7b, in the midway during its conveying through which its color is detected with a color detector 9 and then its material is detected with a material detector 11. Next, the waste plastic vessel is conveyed to an assorting part B equipped with an assorting compartment 13 and a foreign matter compartment 40. In response to the information of colors and materials obtained with the detectors 9 and 11 in the midway of the conveying pipe 7b, the waste plastic vessels conveying in an assorting passage 43 are blown with the airs injected from the nozzle 1A 14 and from a nozzle 1B 15 into an assorting compartment 1 13a, an assorting compartment 2 13b and the like so as to be assorted and recovered. Further, waste plastic vessels, which do not reach the standard of a vessel, is discharged to a foreign matter compartment 40. Since eddy current develops in the conveying pipes 7a and 7b by the action of an eddy current former 12 provided in the conveying pipe 7a, the waste plastic vessels are aligned at certain intervals and conveyed, resulting in executing easy detection and assortment.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate replacement work of a heat exchanger tube while preventing entanglement of incombustible on the heat exchanger tube by a method wherein the heat exchanger tube to be arranged in a fluidized bed of an incinerator is inserted vertically into a fluidized bed from a furnace wall part, a heat receiving medium flows in downward through the heat exchanger tube from the furnace wall part and is made to flow out upward via a curved part. SOLUTION: A fluidized bed type incinerator 11 performs an incineration treatment of combustible wastes such as city garbage in sand forming a fluidized bed 15. In this process, a heat exchanger tube 14 is inserted vertically from a horizontal part 13 of a wall of the furnace, steam for recovering heat flows downward through the heat exchanger tube 14 from the horizontal part 13 of the furnace wall, upward via a curved part 20 and then, is made to flow out from the horizontal part 13 of the furnace wall. Thus, the vertical insertion of the tube heat exchanger tube 14 into a sand layer can prevent the entanglement of incombustible in the sand layer on the heat exchanger tube 14 without closing a vertically moving fluid medium. In addition, a coupling part with the horizontal part 13 of the furnace wall is taken off to pull out the heat exchanger tube 14 thereby easily implementing the replacing of the heat exchanger tube 14 as well.
