    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold structure suppressing that the support member supporting a lip mold for molding the mouth part of a molded product becomes high temp. SOLUTION: A rotary plate 21 is intermittently rotated in one direction and the lip mold 2 supporting the rotary plate 21 on the under surface side thereof is circulated in the order of an injection station, a blow station and a take-out station. The lip mold 2 is constituted so as to be split in left and right directions and opened and closed by an on-off means not shown in a drawing and holds the mouth part of a parison in a closed state. Since the lip mold 2 forms a part of an injection mold in the injection station, it is held to high temp. to the same degree as the injection mold in the injection station. In order to suppress the transfer of the heat of the high temp. lip mold 2 to the rotary plate 21, the lip mold 2 is attached to the under surface of the rotary plate 21 through a heat insulating plate 22. A slide contact plate 23 is attached to the under surface of the heat insulating plate 22 to prevent the upper surface of the lip mold 2 from directly coming into contact with the heat insulating plate 22 to improve the slidability of the lip mold.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crown-form lid which keeps a tight sealability by using a flat plate-form rubber gasket, and eliminates effects of a contained chemical and the rubber material by a method wherein on the top plate of the crown-form member of the crown-form lid having locking mechanism, an opening is formed in advance, and a detachable closing body is fitted in the opening. SOLUTION: This crown-form lid 1 having locking mechanism is constituted of a crown-form member 2 which is fitted so as to surround the periphery of the mouth part 11 of a container 10, and a tightening ring 3 which makes the fitting of the crown-form member 2 stronger. A protruding part 7a at a lower part on the inner peripheral surface of the crown-form member 2, is engaged with the lower end of a flange part 12 being formed on the mouth part 11 of the container 10, and a flat plate-form gasket 19 made of rubber is surely press-bonded to the mouth opening 17 of the container 10. Also, in the internal wall of a circular opening being formed at the center of the top plate 4 of the crown-form member 2, a closing body 18 having finger placing ring, which is detachable from the opening, is fitted, and the end part of the closing body 18 with finger placing ring, and the end surface of the opening 17 have shapes which can be engaged with each other, and the closing body 18 is tightly held in the opening 17.
