    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent seizure due to shortage of oil feed from generating and enable oil circulation rate to be made appropriate extending from high speed rotation to low speed rotation by providing a means regulating the sucking quantity of lubricating oil according to the rotating speed of a motor in a compressor on the suction port of an oil feed pump. SOLUTION: A piston 55 is brought down by elasticity of a spring 56 at low speed rotation, and lubricating oil is sucked into respective passages through suction holes 57a, 57b. However at high speed rotation, pressure difference is generated between the interior F of a closed housing and the interior E of a suction port 52, the piston 55 is pushed up by the pressure difference, i.e., the pressure loss in the suction port 52, and the suction hole 57b is closed with the side of the piston 55. When the suction hole 57b is closed, lubricating oil is sucked to the passage only through the suction hole 57, the oil feed quantity of an oil feed pump is reduced, and hence excessive oil feed to respective bearings is eliminated. Hereby, oil is prevented from being excessively fed, and lubricating oil drained outward can be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reverse rotation of a revolving scroll at the time of stopping supply of electric power by providing a mechanism to introduce gas on the side of high pressure to a space on the back of a fixed scroll at the time of stopping an electric power source and pressing the fixed scroll on the revolving scroll and the revolving scroll on a thrust bearing by pressure of gas. SOLUTION: A scroll type compressor is engaged with a spiral type lap erected on an inner surface of each end plate of a fixed scroll 1 and a revolving scroll 2, and the revolving scroll 2 is driven by an electric motor consisting of a stator 6 and a rotor 5. In this case, the high pressure gas of a discharge chamber 21 is made to flow in an intermediate chamber 22 and is pressed on the revolving scroll 2 from the back of the fixed scroll 1 by providing a solenoid valve 31 on a discharge cover 4 and opening the solenoid valve 31 which is closed at the time of applying an electric power source at the time of stopping electrifying. Thereby, reverse rotation is prevented by stopping the revolving scroll 2 by frictional force at the time of pressing the same revolving scroll 2 on a thrust bearing 8a through a tip 1a.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate a possibility of accidents such as generation of liquid compression at the time of start which may cause destruction of a spiral wrap and the like, by connecting together the housing bottom part and the accumulator bottom part of a transverse installation type sealed compressor via a liquid returning pipe having a throttle. CONSTITUTION:The bottom part of a housing 8 and the bottom part of an accumulator 101 between a compressing mechanism C and a motor M are connected to each other by means of a liquid returning pipe 200 having a throttle 201. The opening end on the housing side of the liquid returning pipe 200 is protruded into the housing 8. While the compressor C is stopped, cooling medium is dissolved into lubricating oil in the compressor and thus the cooling medium in a system stagnates on the low pressure side 45 of the compressor C, but the portion of the liquid cooling medium staying higher than the opening end in the housing of the liquid returning pipe 200 returns to the accumulator 101 via the liquid returning pipe 200. Thus, stagnation of the liquid cooling medium in a sealed space 24 and compression thereof may be prevented, and also the lubricating oil is securely kept in the housing 8, sucked by means of a pump 51 when an operation is resumed and supplied for lubrication.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent poor lubrication of a required lubricating part in starting so as to prevent seizure in advance by providing a check valve mechanism for closing a passage of a connecting pipe by pressure drop in a closed housing in starting. CONSTITUTION:A check valve mechanism 100 is provided in a connecting pipe 92 for returning lubricating oil in a closed housing 8 into an oil tank 9. The check valve mechanism 100 is composed of a check ball 101, a valve seat 102 and a retainer 103, and a through port 104 is provided on the valve seat 102, and many holes 105 are bored on the retainer 103. When a compressor is stopped for long periods, pressure in the closed housing 8 and pressure in the oil tank 9 are made equal to each other. When the check valve mechanism 100 is closed by pressure drop in the closed housing 8 in starting of the compressor, oil in the oil tank 9 is forcibly fed into an oil pump through a suction pipe by differential pressure to be generated between the pressure in the oil tank 9 and the pressure in the closed housing 8. Thereby, poor lubrication of a required lubricating part and seizure in starting are prevented.
