    • PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-resistant cast alloy for a gas turbine high in high temp. strength and excellent in weldability as well as corrosion and oxidation resistances by specifying the compsn. constituted of Cr, Ni, W, Ta, Ti, Al, Se, C, B and Co. CONSTITUTION:This is a heat-resistant cast alloy for a gas turbine constituted of, by weight, 25 to 28% Cr, 8 to 12% Ni, 6 to 8% W, 1.5 to 2.5% Ta, 0.1 to 0.3% Ti, 0.2 to 0.5% Al, 0.5 to 2% Se, 0.3 to 0.45% C and 0.005 to 0.02% B, if required, constituted of 0.05 to 0.5% Zr and the balance Co with inevitable impurities. In this alloy, Co is used as a base, the amt. of C is regulated to a high one within the range where its weldability is not damaged, its precipitation hardening by the carbides of Ta, Ti and W as well as Cr, its solid soln. strengthening by W and its intergranular strengthening by B are attained and the improvement of its oxidation resistance is attained essentially by the addition of Cr and the addition of small amounts of Se and Al, by which the one having well-balanced characteristics in the points of objective high strength, corrosion and oxidation resistances and weldability can be obtd.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the captioned turbine blade from being fractured due to difference between internal expansions of inside and outside ceramic shrouds by inserting a ceramic turbine blade part between said shrouds via a filling material made of the same material, and clamping said members with a stay bolt which cooling air ventilates. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic blade part 10 is inserted between inside and outside ceramic shrouds 11, 12 via a ceramic filling material 13 Patches 15, 14 for inside and outside shrouds are arranged outside the respective shrouds 11, 12, between which patches a stay bolt 16 is inserted, and a projection end of the stay bolt is clamped with a nut 17 via a washer 18. In addition, a cooling air introduction hole 20 is drilled in the stay bolt 16b and communicated with a cooling air introduction through-hole 21. The through-hole 21 is communicated with a cooling air path 19 formed through the inside shroud patch 15 for permitting cooling air 22 to be made free to flow from an end of the stay bolt 17 having the introduction hole 20 formed therethrough.
