    • Se suministra un rotor de amasado, un amasador de tanda y un método para amasar materiales capaces de obtener materiales de amasado con mayor calidad en comparacion con los materiales de amasado convencionales cuando los materiales a ser amasados se amasan en un estado de alta temperatura. El rotor de amasado comprende una porcion del rotor que se dispone de la cámara de amasado de una cámara de un amasador de tanda, y aplica la fuerza de corte, al utilizar una pluralidad de las hojas de amasado, a los materiales a ser amasados que pasan a través de el espacio de punta. Una primera hoja larga de la pluralidad de las hojas de amasado tiene un ápice para formar, con la superficie interna de la cámara que forma a la cámara de amasado, espacios de punta triescalonados de diferentes tamanos configurados de una combinacion de un espacio de punta grande, un espacio de punta medio, que es más pequeno que el espacio de punta grande, y un espacio de punta pequeno, que es más pequeno que el espacio de punta medio con el fin de ser dispuestos en la direccion longitudinal de la primera hoja larga. Cada una de una segunda hoja larga, una primera hoja corta y una segunda hoja corta de la pluralidad de hojas de amasado tienen un ápice para formar, con la superficie interna de la cámara que forman la cámara de amasado, un espacio de punta de un tamano que es mayor que o igual al espacio de punta pequeno y más pequeno que o igual al espacio de punta grande.

According to a batch mixer using the mixing rotors, it is possible to control quality reduction of the mixing materials caused by heat generation, and to improve the productivity by increasing the number of the wings without diminishing inherent processing performance of the mixer.

    • A cavity transfer mixing extruder comprises an extrusion unit and a mixing unit, arranged coaxially. The extrusion unit comprises a barrel provided with a feed opening through which materials are fed into the barrel, and a screw shaft coaxially and rotatably extended through the barrel. The mixing unit comprises a housing (20), a stator (21) fixedly fitted in the housing (20) and a first cavity group including circumferential cavity rows of cavities (23) in its inner circumferencial portion, and a rotor (22) joined coaxially to the front end of the screw shaft, coaxially rotatably extending through the stator (21), and provided with a second cavity group including circumferential cavity rows of cavities (24) in its outer circumferencial portion. The respective cavities of the first and second cavity groups, when developed on a plane, each has a parallelogrammic shape defined by a pair of opposite, parallel straight walls extending perpendicularly to the axial direction, and a pair of opposite, parallel straight walls inclined at an angle to the axial direction. The longitudinal axes of the cavities of the first cavity group, and the longitudinal axes of the cavities of the second cavity group are inclined in opposite directions, respectively, with respect to the axial direction so that the materials filling the cavities are mpelled forward as the rotor is rotated relative to the stator.
