    • The invention relates to a secured bearing arrangement for at least one journal of a universal joint, said journal being rotatable about an axis of rotation while being mounted in a housing. Said bearing arrangement comprises at least one universal joint housing that is provided with at least one bore which extends in the direction of an axis and has an internal surface as a bearing surface. A bearing bush which has a bearing axis and inside which the journal is mounted so as to be rotatable about its axis or rotation, is mounted on the internal surface within the bore. A securing element allows the bearing bush to be secured within the bore in one axial direction of the bearing axis, said one axial direction facing away from the journal. The securing element is disposed between the mounted bearing bush and the universal joint housing in a radial direction of the bearing axis while being connected to the universal joint housing between the mounted bearing bush and the universal joint housing.

    • The invention relates to a PM rotor having radial cooling slots and to a corresponding method of production. The aim of the invention is to provide a structurally simple rotor which has a high degree of efficiency. According to the invention, the rotor consists a plurality of partial laminated stacks (20) that are interspaced in the axial direction at a defined distance, thereby defining radial cooling slots (22). Permanent magnets (24) are arranged in every partial laminated stack (20) in inner pockets (23). The dimensions of every permanent magnet (24) in the axial direction does not or only insignificantly exceed the axial dimensions of the respective partial laminated stack (20). During assembly, the permanent magnets (24) can be axially pushed through the inner pockets (23) to the respective partial laminated stack (20). The invention allows to provide a rotor comprising radial cooling slots and inner permanent magnets which has a very high degree of efficiency.

    • A transfer drum for conveying a sheet in a printing press improves the accuracy of a sheet transfer. The transfer drum includes a drum body which is supported for rotation in a frame and a gripper system on the drum body for holding an edge of the sheet. The gripper system is formed of a row of spaced-apart gripper fingers jointly pivotable about an axis which is parallel to the axis of rotation of the drum body. A device for actuating the gripper fingers during a revolution of the drum body includes an actuating element which is displaceable in the direction of the axis and on which at least two drive elements of cam joints are formed. Each of the drive elements is in operative connection with a group of the gripper fingers.

    • A transfer drum between printing units in a sheet-fed printing press includes gripper systems which can be switched to a desired mode of operation by simple measures and ensure stable and reliable transport of a sheet between printing units when in a respective operating position. A drum body has journals for supporting the drum body in side walls and two gripper systems provided on the drum body. The gripper systems are radially extendable into an operating position depending on a selected mode of operation for printing on only one side or for printing on both sides of the sheet. The gripper systems are disposed diametrically opposite each other relative to an axis of rotation of the drum body and are attached to a support disposed in the drum body to move in radial direction.

    • A baking oven comprises a feeding portion having a feeding aperture for introducing dough pieces, a baking chamber and a discharge portion having a discharge aperture for removing dough pieces. In addition, a circulating air unit is provided which comprises a circulating air source generating a circulating air flow, a circulating air heating means and a circulating air guiding channel a part of which is formed by the baking chamber. A plurality of receptacles for dough pieces are mounted in the baking chamber to be freely rotatable or pivotable around a horizontal rotation or pivot axis. The rotation or pivot axes of the receptacles are located higher than the centre of gravity of the receptacles even if the receptacles are filled with dough pieces. As a result, a baking oven is provided in which the dough pieces can be distributed as evenly as possible and moved along during the baking process.
