    • PURPOSE:To enhance both L value of the degree of blackness and appearance by laminating steel sheets to form the damping steel sheet and thereafter performing blackening treatment on the surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:Steel sheets S1, S2 being in a state wherein resin 2 is sandwiched are pressed by a pair of press rolls 3, 3 while the steel sheets are heated, contact-bonded and integrated to form one sheet of damping steel sheet 1a. Then Zn-Ni plating is performed on the surface of this damping steel 1a to form the plated layers 4. This plated damping steel sheet 1b is immersed in a soln. contg. ammonium sulfate and nitric acid. Reverse electrolysis is performed wherein the steel sheet side is regulated to a positive pole and blackened films 5 are formed on the surfaces of the damping steel sheet 1b. Then chromate treatment is performed on the surfaces of the damping steel sheet 1c with the blackened films 5 formed thereon to form the chromate chemical conversion films 6. Furthermore this film 6 is coated with clear resin 7 and thereby corrosion resistance is imparted to the blackened films 5 and also the films are protected.

    • PURPOSE:To perform ultra-deep drawing processing by rolling and annealing a hot rolled steel plate to obtain a thin steel plate having a specific r-value and bonding two thin steel plates under pressure using an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A rolled steel plate having thickness of 1.2 - 6.0 mm is rolled in a cooling draft of 80% or more to be reduced to 0.3 - 1.2 mm in its thickness and this rolled steel plate is annealed to form a thin steel plate having an r-value of 2.5 or more. Next, two thin steel plates are bonded under pressure using an adhesive having shearing adhesive strength of 100 kgf/cm or more to prepare a composite steel plate having thickness of 0.6 - 2.4 mm and an ultra-high r-value. At this time, a conductive filler is pref. mixed with the adhesive. Since the obtained composite steel plate has an r-value of 2.5 or more, ultra-deep drawing processing can be performed. Further, since the steel plates are compounded by the adhesive having the above mentioned strength, the shift quantity between two thin steel plates at the time of deep drawing is extremely low. By selecting an adhesive, damping properties can be also imparted to the composite steel plate.

    • PURPOSE:To manufacture a weldable vibration-damping metal sheet to be used at the ultra-high temperature by interposing glass frit and conductive filler having speci fied value or more of thermal expansion factor or a face on which two metal sheets face each other, dissolving the glass frit by heating and fixing the metal sheets by pressure. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of glass frit 10 or glass slit and conductive filler is sprayed uniformly on a steel belt 1b by a glass frit spraying device 2 and overlapped with a steel belt 1a at the position of a deflector roll 3. Thermal expansion factor of the glass frit 10 to be used should be 8.5 X 10 / deg.C or over. When the factor is smaller than said number, release between the steel belt or warp of vibration-damping steel is generated, as shrinkage factor is different from that of the steel belts in the course of cooling process. The steel belts are heated in a heating oven 4 and the glass frit 10 is melted. Said heating is carried out in inactive gas such as N2 in order to prevent the steel belts from getting oxidized. The steel belts coming out of the heating oven 4 are passed through the pressure rolls 5, fixed by pressure and integrated to form a vibration-damping steel sheet 1c, and passed through between cooling nozzles 6 to be cooled down, wound on a coiler 8, and cut to manufacture a vibration-damping steel sheet coil.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a composite metal plate generating no gull-wing at the time of bending processing in the composite metal plate wherein a resin layer is sandwiched between a pair of metal plates, by bringing the thickness of a metal plate on a bending inside and that of a metal plate on a bending outside to specific relation. CONSTITUTION:When the thickness t1 of a metal plate on a bending inside is t1 =t2/t1>=5, the thickness of the metal plate on the outside is larger than that of the metal plate on the inside and, as a result, a bending neutral axis moves toward the metal plate on the outside and the shearing stress applied to a resin layer becomes small and the shift quantity of the resin layer is reduced. Therefore, the generation of gull-wing at the time of bending processing can be prevented. Herein, when t2/t1 is below 5, in such a case that a hard material is used as an inside steel plate, the shift quantity of the resin layer is large and, when t1 exceeds 0.25mm, even if t2/t1>=5 is formed, the shearing stress applied to the resin layer can not be reduced and the generation of gull-wing can not be prevented in both cases. When t2 exceeds 0.25mm or t2/t1 exceeds 20, the total thickness increases and bending processing becomes difficult.

    • PURPOSE:To perform butt welding without a third lip at the time of butt-welding steel sheets by coating both welding end faces of the steel sheets with electrically conductive materials with specific thickness and then, performing butt welding thereon. CONSTITUTION:Both welding end faces of the steel sheets are coated with the electrically conductive materials with 1-100mum thickness and then, subjected to butt welding. Or, in addition, electrically conductive filmy material with 1-100mum thickness can be inserted thereinto. When the third lip 3 is formed on a wheel rim at an unstationary part being generated on the inside by several cm from the end in the cross direction of a welded zone, the third lip 3 is formed on the vicinity of just a corner part on several occasions and a hair crack takes place and air leakage is caused on occasions. There are copper plating, electrically conductive coating application, Cu foil insertion, Ag foil insertion, pure Fe foil insertion, stainless steel foil insertion, etc., as the coating method of the electrically conductive materials. In butt welding, only in case no coating is processed, the third lip is generated and no third lip is generated in any other cases. By this method, butt welding without third lip can be performed and since the air leakage is not caused, quality of the wheel rim is improved.

In this instance, as the temperatures of the surfaces of the steel plates 2, 2 hardly increase by fusing only the resin 3 and temper color does not generate on the surfaces of the steel plates 2, 2. As the resin 3 to be placed between the steel plates 2, 2, a resin which contains a filler 12 whose dielectric constant is three or more is preferable. As the resin 3 is made into three-layer structure, the similar filler 12 is contained in resin layers 3a, 3a coming into contact with steel plates 2, 2, efficiency of the filler is improved, and the resin layers 3a, 3a in the vicinity of the interface are fused preferentially, far rapid fusion of the resin is possible.
