A decoder may decode the input video stream. The processor may further determine whether the source format matches the target format, if yes, the processor may send the input video stream to the at least one interface, and if no, the processor may modify the input video stream to be in the target format and send the modified input video stream to the at least one interface, for transmitting as an output video stream to the external device.
